You pay for the domain, not for every person on it. When someone joins, you give them a mailbox and the invoice stays the same. We do the heavy lifting too: we bring over the email you already have and set up your DNS.

We move your email for you.
You give us access to the old mailbox and we copy everything across while you keep working in it. Once the copy has caught up, we switch the MX at a time you pick. Nobody loses a day of email, and there's no need to tell your clients anything.

What we need from you
The domain name and a way into the old mailboxes, which is nearly always an app password. We'll tell you which one your provider uses and where to find it.
We copy the old mailbox
Every person's messages and folders. Your current email keeps working the whole time.
We publish the records
MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC. If your DNS is with us, there's nothing for you to do. If it's elsewhere, we hand you the list and check each record.
We switch the MX when you say
Right before, we do one last pass to pick up anything that arrived that day.
Your old account stays put
We don't delete it. You cancel it yourself, whenever you're ready.

Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo and the other big providers send a DMARC report every day covering the mail they received in your domain's name. We read them for you and show you the result in plain language.

Your mail goes out through servers with a good reputation, signed with your DKIM key. Pay as you go: €1 per 1,000 emails a month, and the first 500 are free (excl. VAT).

None of them depends on another. Whatever you don't take simply isn't in your panel, rather than showing up half-working.
Tightening DMARC without losing mail on the way.
Your DMARC policy tells everyone else what to do with mail that pretends to be you. Tighten it too early and your own real invoices can end up in spam. So here it isn't a switch: each step unlocks only when the reports show it's safe.

What is DMARC, in one line?
A record in your DNS that tells Gmail, Outlook and the rest how to recognise your genuine mail, and what to do with mail pretending to be you.
Can I keep my current DNS provider?
Yes. We give you the list of records to paste wherever your domain lives, then check each one is published correctly. The only difference is that the pasting is on you. If you'd rather skip that, you can bring just the DNS to us.
Will you touch my website?
No. We only work with mail records: MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC and the ones that go with them. Website records, like the domain's A record or www, are outside the panel's reach, even when your DNS is with us.
Where is my data?
Mailboxes, filtering and DNS run on servers inside the European Union. Mail you send goes out through SMTP2GO, a specialist sending provider. If you need the details for your records of processing, just ask.
What happens to my old email?
We copy all of it into the new mailbox, folders included. We don't delete the old account: it stays until you cancel it, in case you want to check something.
How much does it cost?
The full pack (DNS, filter, unlimited mailboxes and guided DMARC) is €35 per domain per month. On their own: DNS €3, filter €12, unlimited mailboxes with 30 GB shared €19, and guided DMARC €19.
